In the Utility role, you will play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our plant environment. You will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, waste collection, and pest control, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace that supports our production and operational goals.
How You Will Contribute
You are a key ingredient in keeping our operations safe and productive. Your contributions include:
- Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and, windows, and other surfaces.
- Waste Collection: Collecting trash and recyclables from various areas within the plant and ensuring proper disposal.
- Pest Control: Communicating findings, neutralizing pests, and sanitizing affected areas.
- Physical Tasks: Demonstrating physical stamina by lifting and carrying heavy objects (under 40 pounds), standing for extended periods, and operating processing equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Following instructions precisely to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Team Collaboration: Working independently or as part of a team to meet cleaning and maintenance standards.
- Flexibility: Being available to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, depending on business needs.
- Transportation Skills: Forklift operation experience is preferred but not required.

- Work Schedule: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
The hourly wage for this position is $22,85/hr. Benefits beginning 1st of the month following 60 days of employment include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness Program.
